We will work hard to ensure you recieve your desired requirements and give you a special day to remember, just contact us if you need anymore information and please take a moment to read our terms and conditions.

We like to take some photos ourselves for our website and promotional purposes, we will always ask the customer on the day for permission first.

Hilda will only be reserved once deposit is recieved.

We will need to have a non refundable deposit of £75 when booking and the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before the wedding date.

The customer is responsible for giving a written schedule of events during the hire period, including timings, locations and number of passengers. (booking form supplied).

If the booking is made 6 weeks or less prior to the hire date then the balance will need to be paid in full on booking.

We except cash, cheque or bank transfer and encourage the customer to come and visit Hilda prior to booking and meet us personally.

Hilda due to her age has no seatbelts in the rear so cannot carry passengers under the age of 3.

Hilda is regulary serviced and maintained. However due to her age we cannot accept responsibility for mechanical, electrical or material breakdown. In the unlikely event of breakdown every effort will be made to repair Hilda. Should this not be possible a full refund will be granted to the customer.

In the event of breakdown, traffic congestion or accidents no responsibility will be accepted for missed connections.

We will not accept any liability for any damage or loss of belongings left in Hilda by the customer or any of their party whilst using our service.

Customers must note they will be liable for any damage caused inside and outside the vehicle by either themselves or any other member of their party and must pay the full amount of damages quoted.

There is a strict NO SMOKING, NO FOOD policy in Hilda whilst in transit. Water can be consumed in Hilda but any other drinks must be consumed when Hilda has reached her destination unless supplied by us.

The company vintage vdub weddings reserve the right to refuse entry to the vehicle by any persons we deem unfit for whatever reason. In this event no refund will be given.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
